Product Overview

The EXV2080 Integrated TV Motherboard and Panel Tester is designed to test both LCD modules and TV motherboards simultaneously. Built with a multi-core processor architecture, it supports testing of 4K-VBY1 LCD modules and 2K-LVDS LCD modules. It can also handle LVDS, VBY1, and Mini-LVDS motherboards. With an additional EDP module (sold separately), it can test notebook LCD modules using EDP signals.

• LCD Module Testing
  The EXV2080 supports multiple image signal types, resolutions, and formats with excellent compatibility. It can generate various test patterns such as solid colors, color bars, grayscale, and animations. Its precise point-tracking capability helps identify defective pixels accurately, reducing the risk of misjudgment and improving test reliability.

• TV Motherboard Testing
  The device can simultaneously test two groups of FHD LVDS signals for a more comprehensive evaluation. It also includes an image detail display function, providing clearer characters during LCD parameter adjustments. The built-in LCD offers local definition up to 1600×960 in magnification mode, while connecting an external display enables dual-screen output with resolution quality equivalent to 2K.

• User Interface & Protection
  The EXV2080 features its own intuitive interface, displaying all relevant parameters for both TV motherboards and LCD modules. It comes with a built-in protection circuit that automatically detects and stops output if a VLCD and GND short circuit occurs.

• Software Upgrade Support
  Equipped with a micro-USB data upgrade interface, the EXV2080 allows easy firmware updates to ensure optimal compatibility and functionality as new requirements arise.
