The YXDSP-XDS100V3 Isolated Emulator is an advanced JTAG debugging and programming tool developed based on Texas Instruments’ XDS100V3 architecture. As an upgraded version of the XDS100V2, it incorporates a high-performance 100MHz FPGA controller, delivering enhanced stability, faster download speeds, and reliable debugging performance.

Available in both isolated and non-isolated versions, the isolated model provides superior protection against electrical interference, surge voltages, and industrial noise. The USB and JTAG interfaces are completely electrically isolated, while the JTAG port can withstand up to 3KV surge voltage, ensuring safe and reliable operation in demanding environments.
