Overview

The Texas Instruments XDS110 is a next-generation debug probe (emulator) designed for TI embedded processors and microcontrollers. It replaces the XDS100 family while providing broader compatibility and enhanced debugging capabilities through support for IEEE1149.1 (JTAG), IEEE1149.7 (cJTAG), and ARM Serial Wire Debug (SWD) interfaces in a single device.

The XDS110 is the ideal low-cost debugging solution for TI microcontrollers, processors, and SimpleLink™ wireless devices. It offers improved JTAG and cJTAG throughput, support for SWD/SWO debugging, EnergyTrace™ technology, and high-speed USB connectivity.
