ADXL345 is well suited for mobile device applications. It can be measured in tilt-sensing applications, static acceleration of gravity; you can also measure the motion or shock caused by dynamic acceleration. Its high resolution, capable of measuring less than 1.0 ° tilt angle.
Tap sensing detects and double-clicks action. Freefall Detection function detects the device is falling. These functions can be mapped to two interrupt output pin in one. The patent-pending 32 FIFO (FIFO) buffer can be used to store data to minimize host processor intervention.
